  • Artisanal Authenticity: Our collections feature authentic Kerala Kasavu weaves, handloom mundus, bespoke embroidery, and traditional silks handcrafted by master weavers.
  • Natural Variations: Slight variations in handloom texture, saree thread luster, and organic dyes are natural hallmarks of authentic artisanal craftsmanship rather than defects.
2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact and shipping information to ensure seamless order dispatch.
3. Orders, Pricing & Checkout Verification
  • Authentic Pricing: All product prices are verified server-side. In the event of a technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders with prompt notice.
  • WhatsApp Verification: Orders placed via WhatsApp Direct Pay or Cash on Delivery are confirmed via WhatsApp dispatch receipt with our concierge team before courier fulfillment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
  • Dispatch Timelines: Ready-to-wear items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom-stitched designer blouses or bespoke bridal attire require additional craftsmanship time as specified on the product page.
  • Courier Handover: Malayali Fashion partners with reputable national and international couriers. Tracking IDs are furnished via WhatsApp and email upon dispatch.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
  • Defect Guarantee: If a garment arrives with courier transit damage or structural manufacturing defect, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic verification for a prompt exchange.
  • Custom Orders: Bespoke, personalized, or custom-tailored garments cannot be returned or cancelled once weaving/stitching has commenced.
6. Intellectual Property
  • All imagery, branding, logos, textile photographs, and editorial text published on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Malayali Fashion and protected under copyright law.
